Yes, we provide video consultants for pre move survey in case if the customer request for the same which is free of cost.

Concerned about my perishable food supplies. What will be handled and maintained by speedify Packers & Movers?

The clients of Speedify Packers and Movers are advised not to move quickly perishable food products like vegetables, fruits, flowers, ghee, pickles, etc. as these could destroy your other priceless possessions.

We want our automobiles to be loaded in front of us. That seems possible.

Yes, Speedify Packers And Movers respects the client and his priceless possessions. We have the required vehicle carrier, and we can both load the car in your presence at home and deliver it to your new house.

How Do I request a free pre-move survey or a booking?

How can I receive my Invoice?

We will share the Invoice on the loading date of the shifting. The invoice will be received on your registered email address.

Can I place a multipoint pickup and multipoint drop?

Yes, you can place a multipoint pickup and multipoint drop. You can inform to us at +91 90966 89009 for the same at the time of booking or to our executive at the time of pre-survey.

How can I cancel my booking, is it chargeable?

You can cancel your booking by calling us on +91 90966 89009 prior to your shifting date.
No cancellation fee will be charged.

Do you provide Loading, Unloading and Packaging Service?

Yes, we do provide loading, unloading and premium packaging service free of cost for your shifting.

What are the payment methods and terms?

You can pay through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Mobile Banking, by UPI (Gpay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc) or by Cash. Payment shall be processed at the time of dispatch, Invoice for the same will be provided on the registered email address.

When will I receive a call after requesting a call back?

Our Relationship Manager will call you on your registered contact number within 3-4 working hours after the request is received with us.

Do you provide Bike & Car Transportation services?

Yes, we specialised in bike and car transportation. We have dedicated containers and special
packaging for bike and car safety.

Do you provide a transportation for our plants and pets?

Yes, we do provide transportation for your pets and plants safely. Not only transportation but we also provide a storage facility for your household items along with your pets and plants. You can visit our page for Plants and Pets where we keep them like our own.

Do you Provide insurance?

Yes, we provide insurance for all shifting so that our customers feel secure all the time until the goods aren’t delivered. For further details, you can contact our team.

Do you Provide Part Load Transportation and packaging?

Yes, whether it is a single carton box or a full container load, we provide transportation and packaging service for all our customers. Unlike others, our loading, packaging, unloading and unpackaging services are free of cost.

What settlement/procedures are used by Speedify Packers and Movers in the event if the goods in transit are damaged?

All safety precautions are taken by Speedify Packers and Movers to protect your belongings from damage of any type. However, we guarantee our clients' prompt claim settlement from the insurance provider with whom we have a long relationship and understanding in the event of an unforeseen accident.
